Computer Lab Assistants - Casual (Multiple Positions)
Information Technology Services (ITS)
The Information Technology Services (ITS) is looking for individuals interested in working at the Student Central Computer Laboratories on the University of Wollongong Campus. Information Technology Services (ITS) is the University’s central IT provider for core services and infrastructure across all UOW campuses and educational Centers.
The Student Central Laboratories provides students, staff and academics across the UOW community access to IT resources for teaching, study and other educational purposes. The Central Labs also provides various modes of assistance to the UOW and its visitors, primarily via front counter customer service, but also phone enquiry assistance, onsite assistance and email enquiry assistance.
Applicants should provide their Resume, plus a document that addresses the criteria specified in the Position Description.
