The School of Nursing, Midwifery & Indigenous Health (SNMIH), University of Wollongong, is committed to the education of nurses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, and enjoys
a sound reputation both academically and clinically. We are committed to preparing competent
and safe beginner registered nurses, we have introduced a revised Bachelor of Nursing program
in 2008 and we have a strong post graduate portfolio including course work and research focused
degrees. We
are seeking to recruit a new staff member to join the existing team in the implementation of the
school’s portfolio at our Bega Education Centre.
This position will be based primarily in the Bega Education Centre, University of Wollongong. A
sound knowledge of nursing and willingness and ability to teach in an undergraduate nursing
programme is essential. The successful applicant must be eligible to register as Nurse in New South
Wales. This is an academic teaching intensive position.
