3 Year Cadetship

Get a head start for a rewarding career in librarianship. We’re seeking a highly motivated, goal- oriented candidate to join our highly successful Professional Cadet program. You’ll actively participate in a comprehensive, three year on-the-job training program targeting all Divisions of the Library, gaining practical experience and leadership development, whilst completing formal study.

You will demonstrate your commitment to a career in this profession through your enrolment in first year undergraduate/postgraduate library studies. Annual salary: $39,641 in year 1, rising to $43,606 in year 3. A generous study and text book allowance adds to the package.
