Lecturer in Asset Management
Faculty of Engineering
Fixed Term (3) year Appointment
The successful applicant must have: research experience in engineering asset management related areas; a demonstrated capability to establish and deliver industry-based research, a demonstrated capability to teach at post-graduate level to experienced practitioners; a track record of publications relative to opportunity with an ability to win competitive research funding; PhD (or equivalent qualifications and experience) involving a substantial degree of engineering asset management or related area; a BE; an in-depth understanding of management system modelling and decision support theory would be an advantage.
The following are all desirable: previous experience in or engagement with asset management within industry; a previous substantial role as an asset manager in industry.
