Adeline has over twelve years’ experience in recruitment, project implementations for HR initiatives, and corporate training. Her experience includes leading significant international recruitment projects in Australia, Asia and the UK, in both internal and consultancy capacities. She has worked in a wide range of companies encompassing the education, IT, management consultancy, railways and pharmaceutical industries.

Marcia has over 9 years experience in recruitment, training, HR, administration and customer service in various industries including employment services, office support, financial services and transport. She has been involved in various recruitment techniques including volume recruitment, assessment centres, projects and consultancy. Marcia brings to the University her commercial understanding and strong customer focus.

Barb has been involved in Human Resources and Administration for over 7 years.  She has worked in a number of industries including Insurance, Marketing, Law and Hospitality, before joining the Education sector.  

Barb has a solid background in customer service related roles, recruitment and brings strong skills and knowledge of policy to the team.

Natarsha has more than 10 years experience in Recruitment, HR, Training and Business Development. She had recruited for various industries and companies including the Australian National University. Responsibilities have included providing policy and procedural advice on all aspects of recruitment, strategic planning and business development. Her experience and understanding of recruitment will contribute to the level of professionalism and expertise of the team.

Leia has been working in the Research Office at UOW for the past 5 years prior to joining Recruitment. She is currently completing a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Human Resource Manangement and Legal Studies. Her experience in the Education sector brings strong customer service skills to the Recruitment team.
